Peugeot is preparing to unveil the refreshed 408 at the Brussels Motor Show, scheduled from January 9 to 18, 2026. The updated model promises to bring a new level of style and sophistication to the popular family car, according to Auto Express.

The facelifted 408 is anticipated to feature a redesigned front mask, highlighted by a large, illuminated Peugeot badge. One of the most noticeable changes may be the removal of the distinctive canine-shaped daytime running lights, which have long been a hallmark of Peugeot’s design. Other subtle tweaks are expected to include revised bumpers, updated wheel designs, and refreshed taillights, giving the car a more modern presence without straying too far from its original character.

Interior and Technology

Inside, the 408 is likely to retain much of its current layout. Meanwhile, the fully electric Peugeot E-408 could receive a larger battery pack, potentially increasing its range from 450 kilometers to approximately 480 kilometers, further boosting its appeal to environmentally conscious drivers.
